Natalia’s drive and passion for people through relationship building, hands-on, roll-up sleeves approach, and attitude are evident by her ability to lead an environment that is results-driven. As a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of experience, she believes in empowering leaders with the tools to drive a successful culture and employee experience.

Prior to joining the Foundation Auto Team, Natalia lead the US HR Department for Element Six, a De Beers group of companies within the CVD and Oil & Gas division. Natalia holds an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
