Derek Slemko

Chief Financial Officer

Derek Slemko is the Chief Financial Officer of Foundation Automotive Corp. Since the auto dealership group’s start-up in 2017, he has provided financial leadership and guidance while the group has grown to currently owning and operating 26 auto dealerships in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee and North Dakota. Derek is a finance and accounting professional with a proven track record of building top-notch teams and managing multiple disciplines over varying regulatory frameworks. He currently oversees all accounting and treasury functions, information technology, legal and compliance, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions.

He has a proven track record of executing public and private equity and debt financing transactions, diverse in structure and in all phases of a market cycle.
